Opening an AccountWe make your first order easy! Just pick up the phone and place your order. Dental customers may purchase immediately on an open account basis. An initial credit limit will be set and periodically adjusted based on purchasing history and account status.
Shipping Terms
Local(Greater Vancouver) orders placed before 11:00am Pacific Time are shipped the same day, with same day delivery. Out of Town orders placed before 3:00pm Pacific Time are shipped the same day. Out of Town delivery is next day or within 3 days depending upon location. Freight is prepaid on local orders exceeding $100.00, Western Canada exceeding $200.00 and Eastern Canada exceeding $275.00. For orders less than minimum prepaid a nominal freight charge will be applied depending on location. Additional charges may apply to hazardous material and liquid shipments.
Claims and Returns
Please check your order immediately upon receipt! Report any damage or short shipments within 5 working days to receive full credit. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order for full credit. You must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from our office for all returns and we will advise or arrange the method of return. All returns should be repackaged in original packaging and be in re-saleable condition for full credit. Re-stocking fees will apply to returns over 30 days(15%), and over 60 days(40%).
No credit will be issued for the following:
-Non-authorized returns
-Returns shipped collect and/or using non-designated couriers
-Returns over 90 days from date of invoice
-Special Order Items
Pricing
We try to offer competitive pricing on all items we carry. All prices are in Canadian Dollars and GST/PST/HST are charged where applicable. We are not responsible for typographical errors. All prices are subject to change without notice and price increases may be passed on as a result of manufacturer's price increases or currency fluctations.
